When believers ask God to establish His Church to the ends of the earth, God delights to answer their prayers.

Thanksgiving and Prayer Requests

1.    Our sons, Zach and Lewis, accompanied Blake on a 5,000 mile odyssey June 20-July 5.  We ministered the Word in Los Alamos, Albuquerque, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, and Enterprise, OR.  Murray Moore, Tom Brainerd, John Stoos, Bill Garaway, and Terry Tollefson arranged for us to see a nuclear facility, hike 3 miles into the Grand Canyon, surf, climb a mountain, camp, see the Golden Gate Bridge and attend an outdoor concert---as well as met many wonderful saints.

2. Eurasia continues to be a strategic place for the Kingdom of God.  Wikipedia states that 300,000,000 people in Eurasia speak Russian as a first or second language, this includes significant populations in Belarus, Kazakstan, Uzbekistan, the Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Tajikistan.

3. The Russian language is a bridge into the Muslim world as the above statistic demonstrates.  Two of our pastors, Zhenya and Nodir, minister now in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.  Continue to ask God to raise up ten churches in our movement in Eurasia as mature witnesses in their regions.  Pray for Timur in Latvia, Oleg and Artyum in St. Pete, Ravil in Siberia, Ruslan, Kiril, Eduard, and Yuri in the Far East of Russia, and Jenya and Nodir, in Central Asia.

4. Pray for the team from Christ the King Church of Springfield, MO, as Eric Sauder leads them to help with Ravil’s camp outreach in Siberia.  Pray for the love of Christ to shine through word and deed.

5. Pray for Rev. Eric Sauder as he leads efforts to find churches in North America that would like to sponsor the above Eurasian leaders to attend the council meeting in Minneapolis in October of 2011.

6. Pray for Rev. Brian Nolder as he endeavors to find 50 new supporters to give $50/month for the ministry of SRS throughout the United States and Canada---50

7. Pray for Blake and Cathy as they travel to speak at churches in Florida and Texas and Colorado in July, August and September.

8. Finally, pray for Graham, our oldest son, who will be deployed to Afghanistan in September.
