Camp Bobochka 2012, Near Vyborg,Russia
By Blake Purcell

The camp made wonderful decision to allow me to be Sergey's counselor for hockey. I take these things rather seriously. I taped the stick to Sergey's wheelchair, so that it was perfectly at puck (a big orange ball of tape) height! We were a dominant force on in ring! I think we set some new speed records as well. Sergey made many assists for points on the day! It was about 15 degrees F that day. Even though we may have scared some folk, Sergey seemed to take to it!

Zach got to be a counselor for the first time, and his camper was Sasha. Sasha says he wants to start a church from Bochka kids, so we will have to see what the Lord does with that prayer. If you look carefully you can see remnants of Shashliki (shishkabobs) the fathers spent all day cooking outside in the snow. Sergey our friend you can see in the background. His family came to our Easter service and Christmas service this year.
