With attendees from Russia, Texas, Mississippi, Iowa, Missouri, South Carolina, Florida, Colorado, and Alaska, the SRS Annual Meeting and Summit was a great success. It was a time of prayer, planning, encouragement, and celebration, as we received reports on all our projects and ministries, heard testimonies from attending Eurasian Christians, discussed strategies for future growth, and enjoyed fellowship with believers dedicated to the advance of the Gospel in Eurasia.
It was an unrepeatable experiencebecause six Russian speakers from Blake's and Cathy's ministry were able to attend and share how the Lord has blessed them through the ministry of SRS. Hearing these men (and one woman) firsthand helped us discern the needs of the former Soviet Union and why ministry like SRS is essential at this point in time for the health of the broader church in Eurasia.
-Eric Greene, Acting Chairman
If you weren't able to join us, if you're in Texas you still have another chance to hear firsthand the testimonies of two of these Eurasian believers. Evgeniy (Jenya) Kruzhkov and Yuri Levchenko, elder and pastor at Reflection Presbyterian Church, Dmitrov, Russia, will be visiting Colleyville Presbyterian Church and Arlington Presbyterian Church in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, October 14 - 27. We hope you can join us! To find out more, please contact Jenya.
