Spreading the Historic Reformed Faith Throughout the Russian Speaking World
As rector of the Biblical Theological Seminary of St. Petersburg, Russia, I'm happy to inform you that our seminary is scheduled to hold its regular Spring Intensive Course March 5-17. This time, God has blessed us with an exceptionally large enrollment of ministers, really stretching our budget. Therefore, we need your prayers and financial support now more than ever.
Exceptionally Large Enrollment of Ministers!
I'm sure you've already seen the map above which shows the scale of the SRS ministry in Eurasia today. This spring we're going to have 15 students from across Russia and 5 graduates from Latvia, Moscow, Siberia and Far East Russia (2). All students and graduates are active ministers who represent about 600 folks in all of our churches put together.
Let me introduce you to our professors who will teach in March:
Rev. Michael Rasmussen, PhD, Lead Teaching Pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Plano, TX. It will be the first time Rev. Rasmussen visits St. Petersrburg. He will astonish our students with the Redemptive History of the Old Testament.
Rev. Blake Purcell, missionary, evangelist and founder of the Biblical Theological Seminary of St. Petersburg. This time Rev. Purcell will lecture on He Will Give Delight to Your Soul: Raising Children in Christ.
Rev. Randy Pemberton, pastor of Christ Church, Mankato, MN. His seminary course will deal with the doctrine of sanctification which is an essential aspect of our salvation and the heart of pastoral ministry.
God willing, we'll get enough funds to bring to St. Petersburg all those who want to learn and those who want to teach. But we fall short of means for now. Help us, please! To cover travel and lodging expenses we need...

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
God bless you for your sacrificial ministry and supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus!
